  6. My download is stuck, but I am charged. Why?

    This happens sometimes with Android Market and we know it is very frustrating.

    • Make sure you are connected to web.
    • Try to cancel the download and try again. Sometimes after several minutes.
    • Try to log into your Google Talk, sometimes they say this helps. 
    • Try to restart the phone.
    • If nothing helped, contact Android Market support.
  7. I already purchased the app in an old phone. Can I get it in my new phone?

    Yes, provided you use the same Gmail Id. Android Market tracks your downloads using the your Gmail Id and not by your phone.

    So as long as you are using the same Gmail Id, you do not have to pay again.

  9. Why am I getting "Not Licensed" error even though I paid for the app?

    This may happen in Android Market sometimes, especially as soon as you have purchased the app. Please try these below steps to see if the issue resolves by itself.

    1. Uninstall and reinstall the app. You will not be double charged. If you have multiple Gmail accounts configured, make sure you reinstall the app again with the same Id using which you bought before.

    2. Clear the market cache and install the app again. This is done from Settings->Manage Applications and then choosing Market.

    3. Simply restart the phone.

    If none of these helped, please write to us. We can cancel your old wrong order so you can download / buy again.

  10. How do I send Log files to Dev?

    Many cases if an error you are facing is unique to you, we (or any developer) would need a log of the error to be sent to debug the issue.

    There are many free apps in Android market to get this done. Famous ones is aLogCat. You need to have this FREE app installed and as soon as the app crashes, go to this log app and use the options in there to email to our Id (
